I have watched bright children struggle with reading, spelling, and writing. I have also found out that it was not mostly the child's fault, but majorly due to issues foundational educators did not fix, particularly the use of the right phonological awareness strategies.

I have seen children develop a phobia for Mathematics. Yet, I've heard parents say, 'I struggled with Maths until I met one teacher who instructionally simplified it.'
